The RS232C standard is maximized to 115,2 Kbit/s, so even if Cryptango is able to communicate faster than that other equipment it is used to protect usually does not handle communication above this level. Examples are radio modems that communicates with 6, 9 or 19,2 Kbit/s, or GPRS modems communicating with 64 Kbit/s.
